Alvin S. Trotman aged 74 passed away on October 12
th
, 2015 in the presence of his wife and a good friend at St. Thomas West Hospital Nashville TN. Alvin was born on February 17
th
1941 to Anderson Cipriani and Melvina Trotman. Alvin carried his winning smile of love and cheer thru everything he faced and conquered while here with us. I always thought that God had a sense of humor to give Alvin the art of giving light to this world thru his work when he gave so much light and love thru his smile. I met Alvin February 12, 1981 and we forged a great relationship from the get go. For five years he asked me to marry him and finally in 1986 we were married and what a wonderful journey. I wish I had married him the first year. Most of all I got to know the most AWESOME man that ever lived - my confidant, supporter, lover, husband and my very best friend. Alvin never met a stranger. He just loved people, never hurt anyone, gave what he can when he could, and would never say a bad thing about anyone. He was loved by everyone. Alvin loved to bowl and fish. I know he was happiest when he was bowling, fishing, or helping someone out. He even won the best sportsman award two years in a row from one of our leagues. Alvin leaves to mourn his passing his wife Juliana, daughter Sharon, two grandsons Dave and Ricardo, two brothers Leon and Michael, five sisters Shirley, Veronica, Annette, Lynette and Cecilia, and several nieces and nephews. Please join us in celebration of Alvin's life on October 24
