William “Bill” E. King, of Bethpage, died August 22, 2016, at the age of 62. Bill was preceded in death by loving parents, Bill and Rose King of Hendersonville. Bill is survived by his three sisters and one brother, numerous nephews and nieces, and his very dear family of uncles, aunts, and cousins from Kentucky and Tennessee. He loved his family and friends so much. Bill worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 27 years. He admired his co-workers and considered it an honor to serve his Gallatin customers. His quick wit always surprised and delighted everyone, especially his caregivers. Bill was an Army Veteran and loved his days on his farm. Most of all Bill loved the Lord and the church. He was the best brother and friend. He was an example to us all on how to love, live and die with dignity. Enjoy your reward big brother. Visitation on Thursday evening from 6-8pm with rosary at 7:30 pm. at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, Hendersonville, Tn. Visitation will also be on Friday 11am. Mass at noon.
