Candace Iskowitz

Candace Joy Gwaltney Iskowitz, born in San Manuel, AZ March 22, 1971, went to be with the Lord on the day she chose, July 4, 2015.Candace led a full and interesting life. She received her Bachelors at Southern Illinois University Carbondale and her Masters from George Washington University Washington, DC.She had a successful career as a Journalist and in Marketing Management. She did a lot of charity work, travelled worldwide in both her career and socially. Candace loved adventure, entertaining, cooking, and her family and friends.She finally settled in Tampa, FL and married Scott Iskowitz.Candace is now in heaven, with her dear grandparents, and her babies, who proceeded her in death.Those she left behind will truly miss her~ parents: Donald G and Sharon Dehn Gwaltney; her beloved brother: Troy; the Dehn family; nephew: Robert, whom she adored; the Iskowitz family; her very beloved friend: Jim; her dear friends: Helen and Krista, who were with her until the end; and many many other family and friends.A Celebration of Life will be held at her home in Nashville, TN and another in Clearwater, FL because the little mermaid wants to go back to the sea.
