Catherine Copley

Catherine Lois Copley, age 79 of Smyrna, TN, passed away surrounded by loved ones on January 30, 2022. Born to Albert Surko and Lillian Whitford, Catherine entered this life on March 3, 1942 in Yonkers, NY. In her free time, if she wasn't at the community center dancing and listening to music, you could find Catherine having a blast playing bingo with her friends. While she liked to stay busy, Catherine enjoyed simpler things like taking long walks to get some fresh air. She was very fond of her jewelry and spent most of her time in the company of her family.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Katrina Martinez; son, Chester Copley; brother, John Thomas Brown lV; grandchildren, Alina (Cody) McMurtry, Sabrina, and Eddie; and five great-grandchildren, including Eli, Olivia, and Amelia.
