Chase Fitzgerald Sullivan, age 36, tragically passed away on Friday, August 31, 2018.Chase was born on Sept 22, 1981, in Nashville and lived in Fairview, TN. He was beloved by his large family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. To them he was known as a prankster who was quick to laugh and make others laugh. He was kind-hearted, a big teddy bear, and selfless. Those who knew him best will remember his one-of-a-kind smirk and his genuine nature.He leaves behind his precious daughter, Brooklynn (11) who was the light of his life, his high school sweetheart and mother of his daughter Adina Andrade, his doting mother Candace McBride, father Barry Sullivan and loving brother Colby McBride. In addition, he will be truly missed by his brother-in-law Joe Witt, nephews Jayden (8), Bentley (5), numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and friends.Chase was preceded in death by his sister, Melody Elizabeth Sullivan Witt on February 24, 2017.Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 1 pm on Monday, September 10 ^th at Harpeth Hills Memory Garden at the Harpeth Hill Pavilion. Funeral services will be at 1:00 with burial to follow at Memory Gardens in the Garden of the Cross.Chase's family will welcome friends, following the burial at the Harpeth Hill Pavilion, for a Celebration of Life Service at 2 pm.
