Garwin Wallace, Jr

Garwin “Puddy” Wallace, Jr, age 86 was born in Nashville, TN in 1932 to Garwin Sr and Lorene Lafayette Lemons. He was a graduate of East High School and passed away on September 18, 2018 in Ridgetop, TN.In addition to his parents, Garwin was preceded in death by his wife: Darlene Compton Wallace and grandson: Daryl Shoemake.He is survived by daughters: Sharon (Rick) Shoemake and Karen Wallace; son: Brad Wallace; 4 grandchildren: Duane Shoemake, Greg Shoemake, Jessica Dean and Taylor Evangelist; and 5 great-grandchildren.The family would like to offer special thanks to Jan Wallace for her continued care and assistance to the family.Friends and family will gather from 2:00 -5:00 PM on Sunday, September 23 for a Celebration of Life gathering at the Goodlettsville Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 226 South Main St, Goodlettsville, TN 37072. It is requested that your attire be comfortable and casual for the afternoon event.
