Obituary for Howard Earl Hedgepath3/19/1951 – 6/28/2016Howard E. Hedgepath, age 65, of Old Hickory, TN died on Tuesday June 28 th at Skyline Medical Center. The devoted husband is survived by wife of 36 years, Martha Hedgepath, beloved children Kimberly, Lance, Amy, son-in-law C.J. and daughter-in-law Stacey, grandchildren Brooklyn, Sarah Grace and Carly, brother Randy and sisters Edna and Patricia. Howard was preceded in death by father John A. Hedgepath, mother Edna G. Hedgepath, brothers John A. Hedgepath, Jr., Jim G. Hedgepath, Mike Hedgepath, and sister Linda K. Sutton. Howard was a 32 nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason, member of the Claiborne Lodge and former member of the Al Menah Shriner's Temple. Howard was an avid outdoorsman, hunter and master builder who's career as a Ford parts and service specialist spanned over 40 years. He was one of the first certified SCUBA divers in Middle TN and was a certified diving instructor. He frequently assisted authorities in underwater rescue operations working for the Civil Defense."Daddy...we will love you for the rest of our lives, through death, and the eternity that awaits beyond.
