Ina Speck

Ina Lee Speck , age 94 of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2023.  She was born on Monday, September 24, 1928 in Overton County, Tennessee.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Austin and Rassie Garrett; husband, A.B. Speck; one brother, Howard Garrett.  She is survived by one sister, Barbara Cook (Alvin); special sister-in-law, Jonell Speck; a host of friends and extended family.  Ina was a member of Rosedale Baptist Church for many, many years. Following Christ was an important part of her life.  She enjoyed growing flowers, reading inspirational books, spending time with friends and family and long walks.  She will be missed by all those who knew her and loved her.

Visitation for Ina will be held at Rosedale Baptist Church, 503 Rosedale Ave, Nashville, Tennessee, 37211 on Friday, April 28, 2023 from 9 AM until 10 AM at which time a Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be conducted by pastor Ed Inman.  Burial will follow at Overton County Memorial Gardens, 437 Jamestown Highway, Livingston, Tennessee, 38570.  Friends and family are requested to meet at the cemetery at 1:00.  Arrangements by Nashville Funeral and Cremation, 210 McMillin Street, Nashville, TN, 37203 (615) 256-1605
