On Monday, July 15, 2024, James (Jim) Percy Cunningham, loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away in Nashville at age 71.
Jim was born on December 21, 1952 in Jonesboro, AR to Judge Percy Smith and Barbara (Fry) Cunningham. During that time, they raised a son, Ian, and a daughter, Lindsay.
Jim was also an author. In recent years, he self-published multiple works, including novels "Somerset" and "The Emerald Amulet." Always passionate about libraries, he enjoyed developing relationships with and exploring the many resources at each new library he encountered.

He is survived by his wife Angela, his children, Ian and Onna Cunningham, and Lindsay and Joe DeBusk, his sister Mary Anne Meacham, his nieces Melissa and Kelly, his nephews Stuart and Wesley, and his three grandchildren Poppy Cunningham, Soren Cunningham, and Alice DeBusk.
