Jay Newton Braithwaite, 90, passed away Friday, May 22, 2015.Jay was born to Earl Hulton Braithwaite, Sr., and Mary Electa(Burris) Braithwaite on November 25, 1924 in Claremore, Oklahoma.He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Jim Braithwaite, Earl H Braithwaite, Jr.; one sister, Gladys Perry; one grandson, Derek Jayton Braithwaite.He is survived by his wife, Mary Elizabeth(Ballard)Braithwaite; son Michael Jay Braithwaite and his wife, Isabel; daughter Elizabeth Lou (Braithwaite) Caldwell and her husband, Kyle; four grandchildren, Michael Braithwaite, Adric Braithwaite, Andrea(Caldwell) Firmin, Stefanie(Caldwell) Mefford; three great-grandchildren, Skyler,Kristin and Conner Firmin.Memorial talk June 6, 2015, 3:00 P.M.Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses231 Todd LaneSmyrna, Tn. 37167
