Loretta Street

Mitzie (Santana) Street died the morning of February 19th. She practiced as a registered nurse for many years, during which time she formed a small ministry. The past 15 years of her life and more were spent ministering and assisting the homeless, often living among them. Why? "If I'm not there to hold them and tell them they are loved, who will?"
Clinically, she passed due to long-term health problems, but perhaps her body could no longer contain an enormous heart on a larger journey. Godspeed, sweetheart. She was 54.
