Mary Anita Smith, age 84 of Hermitage, passed away September 7, 2015 at her residence.Interment services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Friday, September 25, 2015 at 1:00 PM at the Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery. She will be laid to rest beside her husband: Henry C. Smith, who died June 1, 2002.In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son: Henry C. Smith II; grandson: Joshua Smith; brothers: Dick Forrest, Hugh Forrest and Bill Forrest.She is survived by her daughter: Nancy (Ronnie) Gann; grandsons: Ronnie Daniel (Donna) Gann; Jonathan Smith and Peter (Michelle) Smith; great-grandchildren: Logan Gann, Lauren Gann and Ethan Smith; brothers: Jim Forrest, Max Forrest, Allen (Betty) Forrest and Danny (Mary Jane) Forrest; and a sister: Margaret Belcher.NASHVILLE FUNERAL AND CREMATION 615-256-1605
