Mary Frances Brewer Hinson, 85, passed March 18, 2016 at 7:10 PM. Residing in the loving care of Signature Health and Rehab Center in Clarksville, TN, she left us all too quickly.
Born July 9,1930 in Flora, MS, she was the oldest of three sisters Helen and Virginia, and later four half sisters Lucille, Charlene, Poogie, Kay and a half brother, Claude Brewer, Jr.
She met and married her husband James Leon Hinson in 1948. They moved from Jackson to Newton, MS.
In 1955 with their three small children Jimmy, Beth and Cindee as well as Essie Ree, (their older half sister from their father's first marriage). Frances raised her family there, adopting another son, Michael Wayne in 1961.
From housewife to factories she found her true calling as a waitress at the Boro Truck Stop where she held court for many a year smiling and endearing herself to all who crossed her path.
Moving to Nashville with her daughter Cindee, in the early eighties to be closer to her successful singer/songwriter son Jimbeau Hinson. After all, she was the inspiration for his Number 1 song I'm Settin' Fancy Free by the Oak RIdge Boys (co-written with Roy August).
Survived by son Jimbeau Hinson and his wife Brenda Fielder, daughters Beth Hinson Algood, (Jerry) husband and Cindee Hinson Hillhouse Sorrels, (Wes) husband, Michael Wayne Hinson and (wife) Georgia. Preceded in death by Essie Ree Hinson.
Grandchildren: Heather Hillhouse Carroll (David) husband, Kelaree Barbato (Brad) husband, Felicia Algood Gardner (Randy) husband, Matthew Hinson (Nikita) wife, preceded in death by Mark Hinson. Great Grandchildren: Kaylee Carroll, Connor Carroll, Kennedy Carroll, Caden Carroll, Kyle Steele, Brandon Barbato, Addison Barbato, Aaron Robinson, Aiden Robinson, Brittany Robinson.
