Michael Steven Helms, age 57 of Hendersonville, TN (formerly of Bowling Green, KY) passed away on Monday, October 19th, 2020 after a courageous and private battle with Cancer. Mike was born to Ruth Helms and Bob Helms of Bowling Green KY.Mike is survived by his beloved wife Shea of Hendersonville TN, children Shannan Helms Stone (Brandon), Christina Taylor Helms (Spencer Nash),
Tyler Helms (Jancee), Cole Helms and Coral Bella Helms. Grandfather to Carter Stone, Noah Stone and Clara Helms. Siblings: Jimmy Helms (Sherri), Bobby Helms and Karen Helms Manley (Brian) as well as several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Loving In-Laws Clark & Jackie Gibson and Sister-In-Law Hayley Thorpe (Brad). Mike was fortunate to have many loving friends who will
miss him greatly.Mike loved spending time with his family and friends on the lake. As owner of Calico Jack’s Boat dealership he was able to make a career out of doing what he loved. Mike’s love for the water started at a very early age, spending countless hours on Barren River and Kentucky Lake, and
fishing anywhere the fish were biting. This ultimately led him to win many fishing tournaments. Mike was also known for hosting fantastic Super Bowl &
Halloween parties with the best costumes and Pirate parties on the lake.
Cremation services were chosen and entrusted to Nashville Funeral and Cremation . A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 25th at his residence from 12:30pm-3:30pm.
