Pamela Buchanan

Buchanan, Pamela Joy Fisk, age 56, March 30, 2013. Born June 14, 1956 in Nashville, TN. Daughter of Mary Evelyn Gentry and Alton Lee Fisk, widow of Roger Hutton Buchanan, Jr. who passed away March 23, 1986. Pamela graduated from Bellevue High School in Nashville, TN. For years she excelled in various fields and careers, but succeeded the most in life as a mother, grandmother, and friend. Always lending a kind ear, a warm hearth, and an open heart. She was involved generously in her church and volunteered frequently through different organizations. She is survived by her two daughters, Holly Christina Buchanan, Charlotte, NC, and Eve Marie Buchanan, Hermitage, TN; granddaughters Halee Maree Buchanan, Nashville, TN; two brothers, Alton Ray Fisk, Ashland City, TN, and Terry Lee Fisk, Nashville, TN; two sisters, Caroline Faye Cassidy, Nashville, TN, and Cynthia Gayle Jenkins, White Bluff, TN. It was Pamela’s wish that donations be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society and Hospice in lieu of flowers. Memorial service will be held Saturday, April 6, 2013 at River Road Church of Christ, 7407 Old Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN 37209. Casual dress and tye-dye suggeseted. Celebration of Life to follow service.
