Patrick (Papa) Charles Caiazza, of Murfreesboro, TN age 65 passed into the arms of his lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 16, 2017. Born July 10,1951 in Carlisle PA. Survived by wife of 42 Years Mary Ann Harvey Caiazza; daughter, Anna Maria Elizabeth Caiazza; grandchildren, Shea Elizabeth Brewington, and Ryan James Alexander Brewington.; sisters, Rose Caiazza, Portland Oregon ,and Carol Caiazza, Washington State; several nieces and nephews all on the west coast.;Dear family friend Tammie Jo Bacon; former son-in-law, Christoper Alexander Brewington and wife April. Their two children who he loved, John Thomas and Gabriel Dean. Many family pets especially his Border Collie Peggy Sue.Patrick fought a long hard battle with heart disease and heart failure. He had a LVAD for 4 1/2 years until he was given the gift of life on December 16,2015 a heart Transplant. Words can never express our thanks and love to the Donor family.Patrick Served his country during the Vietnam War. He was drafted due to the lottery in 1970 during his Freshman year at Fresno City College. He was a member of 1St Cavalary Division Air Mobile Assault Unit. During his time in Vietnam he was awarded the Combat Infantry Badge, Purple heart, two Bronze stars, and Vietnam Cross of Gallentry with Palm.The Family would like to express our sincere thanks to the many medical professionals for there dedication to Patrick.
