Paula Gilmore

Paula S Gilmore, age 85 of Nashville, passed away January 30, 2016 at her residence.A native of Columbus, OH, she was the daughter of Paul Spath and Mavis Cornelius Spath.Paula was a talented artist, painting with oils. She loved art and shared her passion with her family and friends discussing the Masters and their styles. She was active for many years in the Chattanooga Civic Art League. She was also a serious cat lover and had a great sense of humor.Ms. Gilmore is best described as a "petite firecracker." She was full of energy and could often be found in her yard gardening. When not at home, she enjoyed attending Indian Pow-Wows, antiquing and art galleries. She will be remembered as a wonderful mother and sister as well.Cherishing her memory are her children: Amy Nix, Susan Gilmore, Greg Gilmore and Beth Taylor.
