Ruth Symmes

Ruth Symmes, 89, of Greenbrier, TN was born Ruth Hindenlang on December 30, 1924 in New York. She peacefully went to be with the Lord on May 27 ^th , 2014. She is survived by her son David Deppisch and her sister Anne Lawless. She was preceded in death by her first husband Richard Deppisch and son Dennis, and by her second husband H.O. (Bill) Symmes.Ruth was active in the Catholic Church as a Lectern (reading various scriptures during Mass). Ruth also worked for the Veteran's Administration in both New Jersey and Florida.Her son David and her daughter - in- law Angela will hold a private memorial celebration of her life along with Ruth's three grandsons Richard, Kenneth, and Michael. Interment will be in St. John's Catholic Cemetery, Middle Village, NY.
