Samuel Lewis

September 24, 1953 — June 2, 2020

Samuel Admiral Lewis, 66 Antioch TN passed away on Tuesday June 2, 2020 after a 4 year battle with Alzheimer’s. Sam was born in Eau Claire WI. He had multiply degrees and lived in various places. His last degree was a RN and he worked for Healthways and Vanderbilt Spine Center. He is survived by his husband, Stanley Albright and there four legged child Reba. Sister’s Vicki Lewis, Bonnie Pfeiffer, and brother David Lewis. A host of nieces, nephews and friends. A celebration of Life will be held at a later time.
