Stanley Earl Smith, 89, of Brentwood, TN, passed away peacefully at his home on the evening of Sunday, October 13, 2024, surrounded by his beloved children and family. Born on April 20, 1935, in Orillia, Ontario, Canada, Stan was the son of the late Gordon and Laura (Ivory) Smith. He graduated from Wheaton Academy in 1953, where he met the love of his life, Virginia Mae Scull. They were married on December 15, 1956, and both went on to graduate from Wheaton College in 1957.
