Tammy Kocsis

Tammy Jo Kocsis, age 48, died February 12, 2015 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.A native of Oregon, OH, Tammy was the daughter of Forest Franklin Ingram and Carol Tankersley Ingram. She was married to Anthony Kocsis for 25 years and served others as a nurse.In addition to her husband, Anthony, she is survived by three sisters: Amy Bertling, Susan Valleroy and Melissa Ingram; a brother: Bradley Ingram; and her maternal grandmother: Betty Tankersley.Tammy will be buried in private services in North Dakota.NASHVILLE FUNERAL AND CREMATION 615-256-1605
