Teresa Ann Phillips age 52, of Smyrna passed away August 18, 2015. She is survived by her husband, Ricky Eady of Smyrna, TN.; son, Jonathon Baker of Corryton, TN.; and daughter, Mary Morris of Corryton, TN. Services will be conducted by the family at a later date in Knoxville, TN.
