Vollie "Tootie" Edward Tinsley, 84, previously of Greeneville, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.Mr. Tinsley had previously resided at Greene Valley Developmental Center for 53 years. He moved to MurCi Homes in Antioch, Tennessee in October 2015.He is survived by several special friends, family and caregivers from Pinewood Cottage and other staff from Greene Valley.He was preceded in death by his parents: Porter and Mollie Collins Tinsley, two brothers and three sisters, several aunts, uncles and cousins.He will be missed by his family and special friends.A memorial service will be held to celebrate his life at a later date. Services will be held by Rev. Frankie Isley and special music provided by the the Saults Family.Pallbearers will be family, friends and Pinewood staff from Greene Valley.NASHVILLE FUNERAL AND CREMATION
