Age 67, passed away on September 16th, 2017. Services will be held at Lakeshore Christian Church, 5434 Bell Forge Lane E, Antioch, TN 37013 on Saturday, September 23rd at 2:00 PM. Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM. Family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
