William Turk

William James Turk, 49, of Lebanon, passed away on Tuesday, June 25,
2013 after a long battle against cancer. He was born on June 21, 1964
in Catskill, NY. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles
and Violet Turk, Elwin Moseman and Shirley Trusedell; and a baby
sister.
Survivors include wife and companion, Sarah Turk; parents, Orville
(Laura) Turk of Lebanon, TN and Margaret (C.W.) Warren of Berryville,
AR; siblings Joyce (Terry) Canter, Rebecca Turk, Melissa (Scott)
Prosser, and Christina (Travis) Oliver; and 11 nieces and nephews. At
William’s request, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers
donations can be made to HighPoint Hospice, Gallatin, TN.
